1. Mr. Nesser called the meeting to order at
7:00 p m. and requested the roll
call of members.
2. Mr. Gero called the roll and determined two
members present as listed above
3. Mr. Nesser declared no quorum and therefore no
business can be transacted. The Board
therefore adjourned.
