assumed the duties of Acting Chairman in the absence
of both a Chairman and Vice -Chairman by consent of
the other members present.He then called on the
Executive Secretary to call the roll at 7:05 P.M.
called the roll and determined three (3)members
present as indicated above.He informed the Acting
Chairman that a quorum of members was not present to
conduct business.
instructed the Executive Secretary to announce the
postponement of the public hearing and the time and
place for the next public hearing on case BA -3-81.
announced that the public hearing on case BA -3-81
was postponed until the next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Board on May 4,1981 at 7:00 P.M.at
the City Hall Complex,1001 North Idaho Road,Apache
Junction,Arizona.
adjourned the meeting at 7:15 P.M.
