called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.and
asked the Recording Secretary to call the roll.
called the roll and determined six members
were present and none absent,as indicated
above.
asked for a roll call vote to accept the "Minutes"
dated January 4,- 1982.The "Minutes"were
accepted by concensus,
presented the elements of the case.
invited the applicant to speak.
introduced herself and explained that the cost
to move her trailer into compliance would be
too great.
called for a motion,there being no comment
in opposition to the application and one
member of the audience (unidentified)voicing
support.
M/S "BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,hereby
approving the requested variance to yard set-
back requirements of the General Rural zoning
district in case BA -1-82 for the subject
property,the location of which is a matter
of public record.This variance shall be
subject to the following conditions:
1.The plot plan submitted with the variance
application shall be followed.
The Board bases its decision on the following
reasons:
1.I t appears that the applicant's request
is appropriate under Section 2403 (d)
due to the fact that the lot is of sub-
standard size."
The motion passed unanimously (6-0).

of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that
a special meeting will be held on Monday,
February 15,1982,at 7:00 p.m.,at the City
Hall Complex,1001 North Idaho Road,Apache
Junction,Arizona."
The motion passed unanimously (6-0).
requested a Board workshop to review authority
of the Board and zoning regulations.By
concensus,the Board agreed to a workshop
following the special meeting February 15,1982.
adjourned the meeting,there being no further
business and no objection to adjournment
