application number BA -3-82 for the reasons that
the area zoned General Rural and that the lot
being 51'x 67'does not meet criteria for city
or Pinal County zoning. We consider the lot to
be an illegal split and therefore,it does not
qualify for variance. In addition,we hope the
city considers an open space lifestyle, especially
in this area.Granting this variance would
certainly be precedent -setting and would en-
courage future unwanted high density development."
