Minutes dated December 6,1982 -Approved

1.Chairman called the meeting to order and asked the recording
secretary to call the roll.
2.Mrs.Samuelson called the roll and determined that four members were
present and two absent.
3.Mr.Gero informed the Board that the two absent members were

December 6,1982;there was none.She then asked
for a motion to approve the Minutes.
5.Dunlop/Morrison M/S "BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that the Minutes
dated December 6,1982,be approved as written."
6.Mr.Gero
The motion passed unanimously (4-0).
suggested that since the Board was one member short,
due to a resignation and with two members being ill,
the work session scheduled after the meeting to
discuss the Board section of the Zoning Ordinance
should be postponed until all members were present.
7.Chairman concurred with Mr.Gero.Asked for a motion to
adjourn the meeting.
8.Morrison/Dunlop M/S to adjourn the meeting.The meeting adjourned
by consensus at 7:03 P.M.
