1.Chairman asked the recording secretary to call the roll.
2.Mrs.Samuelson called the roll and determined that two members
were present with five absent,as noted above.
She stated that Mr.Burfiend had last minute
business;Mrs.Dunlop was on vacation out-of-
town;Mr.Berry was out-of-town;Mr.Morrison
was recupperating from eye surgery;and
Mr.Vaughn had turned in his resignation at
4:00 p.m.this afternoon.
3.Chairman noting there was no quorum,adjourned the
meeting.
