called for nominations for Chairman.
M/S nomination of Sam Gardom for Chairman.
nominated Al Carter for Chairman,
declined the nomination due to lack of
experience.
nominated John Schmidt for Chairman.
declined the nomination stating he would
not be able to attend all the meetings
because of his travel schedule.
M/S nomination of Mary Luddy for Chairman.
there being no further nominations for
Chairman called for a roll call vote on
the nomination of Mr.Gardom for Chairman.
Mr.Gardom was elected Chairman by a
5,1-0 vote.Mr-.Gardom voted "no."
called for nominations for Vice Chairman.
M/S nomination of Mary Luddy for Vice
Chairman.
there being no further nominations for
Vice Chairman called fora roll call vote
on the nomination of Mary Luddy for
Vice Chairman.
The vote was unanimous.
He then called for discussion of the
Minutes dated June 11,1984.
wanted the record to reflect a correction
of Item #21.He stated ,that he had stopped
by to see if anyone:hacra complaint against
the auto repair shop,and .that he did not
ask anyone to put in a complaint.

Adjustment of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,that the Minutes dated June 11,
1984,be approved as published."
The motion passed unanimously.
