M/S "BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona,that the Agenda dated June 10, 1985,be approved as published." The motion passed unanimously. M/S "BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona,that the Minutes dated February 11,1985,be approved." The motion passed unanimously. opened the public hearing on BA -23-80 and asked for staff briefing. briefed the Board on the case. said that pursuant to Ordinance No.350, he has determined that Mr.Boso's auto repair business at 1536 W.Roundup Street to be a nonconforming use because it was an established land use on March 14,1985. He said the applicant will be advised to confer with the Zoning Administrator as to what restrictions and rights he has as a nonconforming use regarding expansion, discontinuance,and destruction of buildings. The motion passed unanimously. announced the next case on the Agenda was BA -2-85 (Vergason).He asked for staff briefing. stated that Mr.Vergason had ceased operation of the kiln and pottery operation on his premises and withdrew his appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision filed with the Board of Adjustment. read a letter from Mr.Vergason withdrawing , his appeal of the Zoning Administrator's decision filed with the Board of Adjustment. He asked i f there was anyone who wished to speak on this case.There was no one. There being no further business,the meeting adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
