Advised the Board that Mr.iGardom had resigned.Entertained
nominations for a Chairman for the Board of Adjustment.
"I move that we appoint, Mr.Art Berry as Chairman of
the Board of Adjustment."
Motion.passed 3-0-1 with Mr.Berry abstaining.

M/S-"I nominate Jean Perkins as Vice -Chairman.".
Motion passed 3-0-1 with Mrs.Perkins abstaining.
