Chairperson Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chairperson Jones led the Pledge of Allegiance.

16-303 Consideration of approval of meeting minutes of May 9, 2016.
Yes: 6- Chairperson Jones, Board Member Booth, Board Member Burczewski, Board
Member Burgess, Board Member Gage and Board Member Weeter
No: 0
Excused: 1 - Vice Chair Schoenbeck
Boardmember Gage made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 9, 2016, meeting as
presented. Boardmember Burgess seconded the motion.

Records Law with the board.
16-324 Presentation and discussion on legal requirements for variance pursuant
to state law and city code.

Chairperson Jones motioned and Boardmember Burgess seconded to a hold Regular Meetings on
July 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 300 E.Superstition Boulevard.
