Acting Chair Moore called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm.

Board Member McGraw moved to accept the agenda as presented and approve the minutes from
the November 8,2021 regular meeting. Board Member Buzzin seconded the motion.

Acting Chair Moore called for a motion to open the nominations for the chairperson.
Board Member McGraw moved to open nominations for the chairperson of the Board of
Adjustment. Board Member Buzzin seconded the motion.

record law, parliamentary procedures and code of conduct by the city

City Attorney Stern provided handouts of the council and boards and commissions code of
conduct, conflict of interest law, open meeting law, parliamentary procedure and public record
law and discussed each one with the board, and asked if there were any questions.
8. Selection of Meeting Dates, Times, Location and Purpose
22-694 Regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 9, 2023 in the city council
chambers located at 300 E. Superstition Boulevard,Apache Junction.
Board Member Brechon moved that the Board of Adjustment hold a regular meeting on January
9,2023 at 7:00 pm in the city council chambers located at 300 E.Superstition Boulevard. Board
Member Buzzin seconded the motion.
