Dear Mr. Hill:
The Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens, Area Agency on Aging, Region V,
has developed plans to divest itself fran the direct provision of services.
We are currently looking for a provider to administer and operate the services
of Congregate Meals, Hare Delivered Meals, and Transportation in your community.
Funding for the services will be provided by Title III of the Older Americans
Act. The services are provided to persons sixty(60) years of age or older.
We would appreciate being placed on your agenda at the curliest possible time,
so that we could give a presentation and discuss the possibilities of the city
providing these services.
A response to this letter would be appreciated by July 29, 1985 so scheduling
can be made or another alternative can be pursued.
Sincerely,
Evelyn Goodwin, Chairperson
Board of Directors
