All remarks shall be addressed to the board as a whole and not to any member thereof. Such remarks shall be limited to five (5) minutes unless additional time is granted by the board chairmember. This time limitation shall not apply to applicants and their agents appearing before the board. 1.22-247 Discussion and consideration for approval of Resolution No. 22-12, fully adopting estimates of expenditures by the City of Apache Junction for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023; declaring establishment of the budget for the City of Apache Junction for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; and declaring an emergency.
