Resolution No. 86-16 reflects the results of the election to include a tabulation of the ballots by precinct and city wide. This resolution serves as the acceptance of the results of the election. I will have available at the special meeting the Unofficial Returns Envelopes from the election for the council 's review. The Official Returns Envelopes can only be opened under court order.
