CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE Those City present: Rich Oesterle, Clerk; Richard Broman, Director of Public Works; G. Ray Lee, City Manager; Isabel C. Ballard, Deputy City Clerk and David M. Williams, Copper State Equipment, Inc. The meeting opened at 10.00 a.m. in the City Manager's Office. Mr. Rich Oesterle, City Clerk, announced that only one bid has been received and opened the bid from Copper State Equipment Inc. , 2323 West University, Tempe, Arizona. The bid submitted by Copper State Equipment Inc. was as follows: 1 Paramount Model P-3000 Water Truck equiped $23,000.00 (used) (plus applicable taxes) New P-3000 (plus applicable taxes) $56,690.00 There were no exceptions to the bid specifications. Delivery date would be as soon as possible. There being no further bids, the meeting wls closed. Ocotillo, P. 0. Box K, Apache Junction, Arizona. Sealed bids will be received in the City Clerk's Office until 10:00 , A.m., A. it 29 , 1980 , at which time and place the bids will be opened a-d read as a matt:, of public information. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
