Mayor Wilson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Special Meeting of the Apache Special Meeting Minutes June 15,2026
Junction City Council
1. 26-310 Discussion, public hearing, and consideration of approval of Resolution No.
26-28 fully adopting estimates of expenditures by the city of Apache Junction
for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027;
declaring establishment of the budget for the city of Apache Junction for Fiscal
Year 2026-2027; and declaring an emergency.
Councilmember Johnson moved,seconded by Councilmember Soller that Resolution No.26-28,a
resolution of the mayor and city council of the City of Apache Junction,AZ,fully adopting
estimates of expenditures by the city of Apache Junction for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1,
2026,and ending June 30,2027; declaring establishment of the budget for the city of Apache
Junction for Fiscal Year 2026-2027; and declaring an emergency be approved.

Assistant City Manager Matt Busby explained that Resolution No. 26-28 is to adopt the final
budget and that it is the same as the tentative budget that was adopted on May 18, 2026, by
Council.
Councilmembers had no concerns.
Mayor Wilson opened the Public Hearing, receiving no comments from the public, he closed the
Public Hearing and asked for a motion.
D. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wilson adjourned the meeting at 7:02�p..m.
