REGULAR MEETING
OCTOBER 3, 1979
A Regular Meeting of the City Council of Apache Junction was held on
the 3rd day of October,. 1979 at the Apache Junction City Hall, persuant to
the notice as required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
In accordance with Section 2-4-6A of the City Code, Deputy City Clerk
Davis called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction City
Hall.
Councilman Eidson MOVED that Councilman Hill be appointed Acting
Mayor to chair the meeting.
Councilman Hill requested the Deputy City Clerk to call roll.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present:Councilman Damiano
Councilman Hill
Councilman Eidson
Councilmembers Absent :Mayor Seeman, Vice -Mayor Granillo
Councilman Burgess, Councilman Shanks
Staff Present :Marlis Davis, Deputy City Clerk
Michael Curtis, City Attorney
Joseph Gero, Planning Director
The Deputy City Clerk reported that there were three Councilmembers present
and that this did not constitute a quorum.
Councilman Eidson, in accordance with Section 2-4-4 of the City Code,
MOVED that the Regular Meeting of the City Council be continued on Monday,
October 8, 1979 at 7:00 p.m. and further MOVED that an Executive Session be
held on Monday, October 8, 1979 at 6:00 p.m.
Councilman Damiano seconded the motion.
Unanimous agreement.
Acting Mayor Hill adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
