AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP: REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS: AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:The parcel of land described as Lot 238 as shown on Pinal
County Assessor's Map 102-07 and being located in Apache Junction, Ariz-
ona, be rezoned from General Rural ( GR) to Light Industrial (CI -1).
Section 2:All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein
by reference, are hereby repealed.
Section 3:If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or
portion of this ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by
reference, is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional
by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
