AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION ZONING ORDINANCE BY REPEALING SECTION
2705 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE;PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
Section 2705 entitled "Fees"of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Apache Junction is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION I I REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,clause,phrase or portion of
this ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference,
is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the
decision of any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof:
