AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 104,SECTION 6-1-6 (D),ANIMAL
KENNELS;PROVIDING FOR •REPEAL OF CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
SECTION I IN GENERAL
That Article 6-1,Rules and Regulations,Section 6-1-6 (D)
subsection A be amended to read as follows:
Section 6-1-6 (D)Animal Kennels
A."Kennel"means any establishment exclusive of one providing
dental,medical or surgical care of for quarantine purposes which
maintains more than three (3)animals of the same species over
four (4)months of age.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this Ordinance or any part of the Code adopted herein
by reference,are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,clause phrase or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the Code adopted herein by reference is,for
any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions of this Ordinance.

OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 18TH DAY OF NOVEMBER
1981.
