AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING
ORDINANCE By AMENDING THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-22-81 FROM TRAILER HOMESITE (TH)TO GENERAL
RURAL (GR),REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;PROVIDING FOR SEVER-
ABILITY;AND PROVIDING PENALTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,
Zoning Map for the parcel of land described as:
the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 4 of the
Southwest 4 of Section 30,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,
Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,located in Apache
Junction,Pinal County,Arizona,
be and hereby is amended by changing the zoning district classification
from Trailer Homesite (TH)to General Rural (GR).
SECTION I I REPEALING OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance or any part of the Code adopted herein by reference,are
hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the Code adopted herein by reference is,for any
reasons,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any
court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the vali-
dity of the remaining portions thereof.
SECTION IV PENALTY CLAUSE
Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of this Ordinance shall
be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a period of
six (6)months,or by both such fine and imprisonment.Each day that a
violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove
described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City. of Apache
Junction,Arizona,this 19th day of January ,1982.
