IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNC- Tlr,ARIZONA,THAT: SE ION I IN GENERAL The z0ing district classification on the Apachb Junction,Arizona,Zoning Map fc*the parcel of land described as: LotNumber 2,Bixville Homes Subdivision,located in Apache Junktion,Pinal County,Arizona, be and herby is amended by changing the zi6ning district classification from GR Gen -al Rural to CR-5 Multiple RWdence Zone. SECTION I I \.REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS All ordinances and parts of ordinances,/in conflict with the provisions of this ordinan e or any part of the 6ode adopted herein by reference are hereby repea ed./ SECTION III P VIDING FOR SEVERABILITY I f any section,sub section,senyence,phrase,clause,or portion of this ordinance or an part of the code adopted herein by reference is for any reason held tçi be inval/id or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent juri/sdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the re aining/portions thereof. SECTION IV PENALTY ot_AUSE Any person found guilty o,violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a f /i /n not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed ,ix )months,or by both such fine and impri- sonment.Each day th0 a vi lation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabbve des ribed.
