AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING
CASE PZ-34-84 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO TRAILER HOMESITE ZONE (TH);
REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,Zoning
Map for the parcels of land described as:
Parcel No.1:
The West 1 of the North 1 of the Southwest 1 of the Northwest 1
of the Northeast *of Section 18,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,
Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache Junction,Pinal
County,Arizona.
Parcel No.2:
The North i of the Northeast 1 of the Southwest 1 of the
Northwest 1 of the Northeast 1 of Section 18,Township 1 North,
Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache
Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.3:
The South 1 of the Northeast 1 of the Southwest 1 of the
Northwest 1 of the Northeast 1 of Section 18,Township 1 North,
Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache
Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
be and hereby is amended by changing the zoning district classification from
GR General Rural to Trailer Homesite Zone (TH);subject to the following
stipulations:1)the applicant dedicate the west forty feet (40')and the north and
east thirty-three feet (33')of the subject property for public roadway and
associated purposes;and 2)that no RV or mobile home park be developed on
the site except as otherwise permitted by the City of Apache Junction.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference,
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for
any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions thereof.
