AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING
ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-4-84 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO CB -2
GENERAL BUSINESS ZONE;REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,
Zoning Map for the parcels of land described as:
Parcel No.1:
The South I of the Southwest A of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.2:
The North i of the Northwest A of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.3:
The South I of the Northwest A of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.4:
The North 1 of the Southwest A of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.5:
The North f of the Northeast A of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1

Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona,less highway right-of-way.
Parcel No.6:
The South 1 of the Southeast A of the Southeast A of the

Parcel No.7:
The South 1 of the Northeast k of the Southeast A of the
Southwest A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona,less highway right-of-way.

be and hereby is amended by changing the zoning district classification
from GR General Rural to CB -2 General Business Zone,subject to the
stipulation that the applicant dedicate the west thirty-three feet (33')
along Acacia;the east thirty-three feet (33')along Starr;and the
south fifty feet (50')along Southern for public roadway and associated
purposes.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this Ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference,
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is,for
any reason,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions thereof.
