AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING
ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-6-84 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO TRAILER
HOMESITE ZONE (TH);REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION4 IN GENERAL
The zoning d „trict classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,
Zoning Map for e parcel of land described as:
The Southwest i of.the Southeast of the Northwest of
Section 18,Township'k.orth,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt
River Base and Meridian,ache Junction,Pinal County,
Arizona;
be and hereby is amended by changing e zoning district classificatiori
from GR General Rural to Trailer Homesi Zone (TH)subject to the
stipulation that the applicant dedicate th south forty feet (40')and
the east thirty-three feet (33')of the subj t property for public
roadway and associated purposes.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this Ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference,
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is,for
any reason,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions thereof.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING
ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,
Zoning Map for the parcels of land described as:
Parcel No.1:
The West 1 of the East 1 of the South 1 of the Southwest
of the Southeast /of the Northwest I of Section 18,
Township 1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian,Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona;and
Parcel No.2:
The East 1 of the East 1 of the South 1 of the Southwest of
the Southeast /of the Northwest A of Section 18,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona;
be and hereby is amended by changing the zoning district classification
from GR General Rural to Trailer Homesite Zone (TH),subject to the
stipulation that the applicant dedicate the south forty feet (40')of
Parcel No.1;and the south forty feet (40')and the east thirty-three
feet (33')of Parcel No.2 for public roadway and associated purposes.

SECTION IV EMERGENCY CLAUSE
I t is necessary for the preservation of the peace,health,and safety
of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,that this Ordinance become
effective immediately,an emergency is declared to exist,and this
Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage and adoption.
