AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING
CASE PZ-45-84 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO TRAILER HOMESITE ZONE (TH);
REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Apache Junction,Arizona,Zoning
Map for the parcels of land described as:
Parcel No.1:
The South 1 of the East 1 of the South 1 of the Northeast /
of the Northeast I of the Southwest I of Section 18,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.2:
The East 1 of the North f of the South I of the Northeast A
of the Northeast I of the Southwest of Section 18,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.3:
The West f of the South 1 of the Northeast I of the Northeast i
of the Southwest I of Section 18,Township 1 North,Range 8
East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache Junction,
Pinal County,Arizona.
Parcel No.4:
The East I of the West 1 of the South 1 of the Northeast i of
the Northeast I of the Southwest I of Section 18,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona;
be and hereby is amended by changing the zoning district classification
from GR General Rural to Trailer Homesite Zone (TH);subject to the
following stipulations:1)that the east forty feet (40')and the south
and west thirty-three feet (33')of the subject site be dedicated to the
City for public roadway and associated purposes;and 2)that the site
not be developed into a mobile home,travel trailer,or RV park,unless
otherwise approved by the City.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference,
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for
any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of
any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions thereof.

JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER ,1984 .
