AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-40-85 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO
TH TRAILER HOMESITE ZONE;REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING
FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcels of land described as:
Parcel No.1:
The North I of the West I of the West of the South of the
Southwest i of the Northeast i of the Southeast of Section 18,
Township 1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona;and
Parcel No.2:
The South i of the West of the West of the South of the
Southwest A of the Northeast of the Southeast i of Section 18,
Township 1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona;and
Parcel No.3:
The East of the West 1 of the South I of the Southwest A of the
Northeast of the Southeast i of Section 18,Township 1 North,
Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache Junction,
Pinal County,Arizona;
be and hereby is amended from GR General Rural to TH Trailer Homesite Zone;
subject to the following stipulations:1)the applicants dedicate the west
and south thirty-three feet (33')of the subject property for public roadway
and associated purposes along with a twenty foot (20')by twenty foot (20')
cut-off at the intersection of North Main Drive and West Roundup Street.2)
This parcel not be developed into a mobile home or recreational vehicle park
unless otherwise permitted by the City.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of
competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THIS 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER ,19 85 .
