AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING
ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING
CASE PZ-52-85 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO C-2 LOCAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City
of Apache Junction,Arizona,for the parcels of land described as:
Lot 35,Bixville Homes,according to Book 7 of Maps,
Page 49,Records of Pinal County,Arizona,in Section
20,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River
Base and Meridian,Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
be and hereby is amended from GR General Rural to C-2 Local Commercial
District.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions
of this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion
of this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference
is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the
decision of any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portion thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcels of land described as:

of the Southwest 4 of the Southeast 4 in Section 21,Township
1 North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,
Apache Junction,Pinal County,Arizona.
be and hereby is amended from GR General Rural to TH Trailer Homesite Zone;
subject to the following stipulations:1)the applicant dedicate the north
thirty-three feet (33')and the west forty feet (40')of the subject
property for public roadway and associated purposes along with a twenty
foot (20')by twenty foot (20')cut-off at the intersection of S.Royal Palm
Road and E.Fourth Avenue;2)this parcel not be developed into a mobile
home or recreational vehicle park unless otherwise permitted by the City.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABLILTY
