AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,VOLUME II,LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE,CHAPTER 2 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS BY AMENDING SECTION
6.02 (1);REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The Apache Junction,Arizona,City Code is hereby amended by amending Section
6.02 (1);to read as follows:
SECTION 6.02 (1)
1.The Subdivision Committee is hereby established and shall consist
of the following members or their duly authorized representatives:
A.The Planning Director,who shall be Chairman
B.The Director of Public Works,who shall be Vice Chairman
C.The Director of Public Safety
D.The Chief of the Fire Department
E.The Building/Zoning Official
F.The City Engineer
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances •and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for any
reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court
of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions thereof.
