AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-12-87 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO
CR-2(MH)SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE;REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcel of land described as:
The South of the Northeast A of the Southwest of the Northeast
A of the Southeast A of Section 27,Township 1 North,Range 8 East,
Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache Junction,Final County,
Arizona
be and hereby i s amended from GR General Rural to CR-2(MH)Single Family
Residence Zone;subject to the following stipulations:
1.The applicant dedicate the East and West thirty-three feet (33')
for public roadways and associated purposes.
2.Any new lots created must abut a public roadway.
3.That the workshop be removed.
4.All the required off -site improvements be delayed for a period not
to exceed two years;providing that the owners of the subject property
execute an agreement i n which they agree not to object to the formation
of an improvement district,for the installation of said off -site
improvements,should one be created within the two year period.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause,or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference i s for any
reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court
of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions thereof.
