SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 16, 2014
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Apache Junction, Arizona, was held on June 16, 2014, at the
Apache Junction City Council Chambers pursuant to the notice
required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Insalaco called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015

Bryant Powell briefed the council on the item.
Mayor Insalaco called
for any council discussion.There were no comments and he moved
on to the next item.
PUBLIC HEARING:PROPOSED FINAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015 )
)Mayor Insalaco opened the
public hearing on the item.There being no one wishing to
speak, he closed the public hearing and moved on to the next
item.
CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSED
RESOLUTION NO. 14-19, ADOPTION OF
FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-
2015
)City Clerk Kathleen
Connelly stated the next step is to vote on the final budget
adoption resolution.
Mayor Insalaco called for a
motion.
Vice Mayor Barker MOVED THAT
RESOLUTION NO. 14-19, A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, FULLY ADOPTING
ESTIMATES OF EXPENDITURES BY THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2014, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2015;
DECLARING ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
BE APPROVED.

VOTE:Unanimous.
The motion carried.

THE MOTION.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
