JANUARY 30, 2007
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Apache Junction, Arizona, was held on January 30, 2007, at the
Apache Junction City Council Chambers pursuant to the notice
required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Eck called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

FOR THE PURPOSE OF LEGAL ADVICE REGARDING THE PROPOSED ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH APACHE JUNCTION DOWNTOWN LLC AND
ORDINANCE NO. 1283 (PZ-13-06, A CITY -INITIATED REZONING REQUEST
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2851 S. TOMAHAWK ROAD).
Councilmember Dietz SECONDED THE
MOTION.
VOTE:Unanimous.
The motion carried.
