The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,was held on December 12,2000,at the Apache Junction City Council
Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Coleman called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

THEY ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION IN THE CITY CONFERENCE CENTER,1001 N.
IDAHO ROAD,APACHE JUNCTION,TUESDAY,DECEMBER 12,2000,AT 5:30 P.M.FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSULTING WITH THE CITY ATTORNEY REGARDING PENDING OR COMTEMPLATED
LITIGATION AND OBTAINING LEGAL ADVICE.
Councilmember Insalaco SECONDED THE
MOTION.
