SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 26,1994
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,was held on May 26,1994 at the Apache Junction City Council Chambers
pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Perkins called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Councilmen Present:Mayor Perkins
Vice Mayor Barker
Councilwoman Richmond
Councilman Hendricks
Councilman Perkins
Councilman Coleman
(Councilwoman Surra arrived later.)
Staff Present:City Manager Michael R.Lee
Deputy City Clerk Carmen Hoffman
Others Present:(No members of the public were present.)
EXECUTIVE SESSION
)Councilman Perkins MOVED TO HOLD
AN EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 5:30 P.M.ON THURSDAY,MAY 26,1994,IN THE CITY
COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM.
Councilwoman Richmond SECONDED THE
MOTION.
VOTE:Unanimous.
The motion carried.
Council recessed the special meeting
and convened in executive session.
City Manager Mike Lee stated for the
record that no one from the public was present.

)Council reconvened the special
meeting and Mayor Perkins adjourned the special meeting at 6:30 p.m.
