1. 24-307 Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No. 24-15 fully
adopting estimates of expenditures by the city of Apache Junction for the
Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025; declaring
establishment of the budget for the city of Apache Junction for Fiscal Year
2024-2025; and declaring an emergency.
Councilmember Johnson moved,seconded by Councilmember Soller that Resolution No.24-15,a
resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona,fully adopting
estimates of expenditures by the City of Apache Junction for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1,
2024,and ending June 30,2025;declaring establishment of the budget for the City of Apache
Junction for Fiscal Year 2024-2025;and declaring an emergency be approved.

Assistant City Manager Matt Busby introduced this item by reviewing the recent activity of the
budget presentations and the tentative adoption by Council on May 20, 2024. He stated no
changes have been made to this budget since the tentative approval.
Council had no questions for further discussion.
Mayor Wilson opened the public hearing. Receiving no comments, Mayor Wilson closed the
public hearing.
