AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-6-89 FROM GR GENERAL RURAL TO
CR-2(MH)SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE/MANUFACTURED HOME;REPEALING ANY
CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcels of land described as:
Lot 3,Block 3,APACHE ADDITION ACRES,according to the plat of record in
the office of the Pinal County Recorder in Book 5 of Maps,Page 32.
be and hereby is amended from GR General Rural to CR-2(MH)Single Family
Residence Zone/Manufactured Home;subject to the following stipulations:
1.The applicants dedicate the south thirty feet (30')and a twenty -foot by
twenty -foot (20'x20')corner cutoff on the southeast corner of the subject
site for roadway and associated purposes.
2.The subject site be split in accordance with the applicant's proposed site
plan attached,and that no more than two lots be created without proceeding
through the subdivision process.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of
competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
