AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-19-87 FROM CR-5 MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE TO R1-43(MH)SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE;REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING
PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
The zoning district classification on the Zoning District Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcels of land described as:
The East 495 feet (495')of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 21,Township 1
North,Range 8 East,Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian,Apache
Junction,Pinal County,Arizona located at the Northwest corner of Scenic
Street and Cactus Road
be and hereby i s amended from CR-5 Multiple Family Residence to R1-43(MH)
Single Family Residence Zone;subject to the following stipulations:
1.Dedication of the East and South thirty-three feet (33')of the subject
site and a twenty -foot by twenty -foot (20'x20')cutoff at the Southeast
corner of the subject site for roadway and associated purposes.
2.Any new lots created abut a public roadway.
3.A lot line be created along the western boundary of the R1-43(MH)zoning
district.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances i n conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,sub -section,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of the court of
competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion thereof.
