AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE UTY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,AMENDING THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUKTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE
ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE NO.PZ-99-18 FROM GR (GENERAL
RURAL 1.25 ACRE MINIMUM PARCEL SIZE)TO CR-3/MH (iNGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,7,000
SOFT MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN A PLATTED SUBDIVISiON,WITH MANUFACTURED HOUSING
ALLOWED)FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION;
REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:AND 4VIDING FOR SEVERABILITY

be and hereby is/ amended from GR (General Rural 1.25 acre minimum parcel size)
TO CR-3/MH (si le family residential,7,000 square foot minimum lot size in a
platted subdiv sion,with manufactured housing allowed)subject to the following
condition:
1./ The.subject property is to be developed in substantial conformance
to the conceptual plan included in the file of Case No.PZ-99-18.

2.All development shall comply with all applicable codes,
standards,ordinances,policies and guidelines as adopted by the
City of Apache Junction.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted hereiy( by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,subsection,sentence,phrase clause or portion of this ordinance
or any part of the Code adopted herein by reference is for any reason held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision
shall not affect the validity of the emaining portions thereof.
