ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I IN GENERAL That the Apache Junction City Code Chapter 4 Fees Article 4-1 Parks and Recreation Fee Schedule be amended to read as follows: ARTICLE 4-1 PARKS AND RECREATION FEE SCHEDULE A.Facility and Equipment Rental Fees DESCRIPTION 1.MEETING FACILITIES: Community/Senior Center Parks and Recreation Activity Room Parks and Recreation Conference Room 2.SOFTBALL/BASEBALL (organized use) Lights (2 hour min) Field Preparation (includes bases). The Director of Parks and Recreation may waive deposits for groups and/or organizations based on their past record of using city facilities in a responsible manner.Such determination shall be based on whether the deposited funds were used and whether such amount adequately covered clean-up and repairs,not including reasonable wear and tear of the facility. SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY • I f any section,subsection,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this ordinance,or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is,for any reason,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any. court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
