APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING 'HE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,'HANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CA,PZ-13-05 FROM CR-5
(MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE)TO jr-3/MH (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENCE ZONE MANUFACTURED HOMES P WTTED);REPEALING ANY
CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDLiG FOR SEVERABILITY.

Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 to 0 to recommend denial of the
request for rezoning Case PZ-13-05 t change the zoning district from
CR-S (Multiple -Family Residence Zon )t I NCR-3/MH (Single -Family
Residence Zone ManufactuFey\Homes . erm.tted).»

3)The developers shall pay all applitable development
fees prior to the issuance of buld(d)ng permits.

rezoning approval;otITerwi-hCzdhing may be reverted to

7)A grading and drainage plan and permit may be required for

Engineer.
