ARIZONA,ZONING ORDINANCE,BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGING THE ZONI DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE P7-20-05,FRO R1-43 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE)TO R1-43/PD (SIJ1GLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE THROUGH PLANNED DEVELOPMENT),REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:AND PROVIDING FOR S ERABILITY. SECTION II:REPEALING ANY CONFLETING PROVISIONS ORDINANCE NO.1260 PAGE 3 of 4 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION III:PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY If any section.subsection,sentence,phrase.clause or portion of this Ordinance,or any part of the Code adopted herein by reference,'s for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision /f any court of competent jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the ylidity of the remaining portions thereof.
