AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION
20.0106.2 PARKING — ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS,BY REPEALING EXISTING
SECTION 20.0106.2 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION OF LIKE
NUMBER,REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS AND PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE
JUNCTION AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
That Section 20.0106.2 be repealed in its entirety and replaced with
a new section of like number to read as follows:
Section 20.0106 PARKING — ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
2.One (1)travel trailer which shall not be used for any
purpose,may be stored or parked in a residential zoning
district in the rear yard or stored in a completely enclosed
garage.
SECTION I I REPEALING CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
I f any section,subsection,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference is,for any
reason,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction,such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions thereof.

APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,THIS 20TH DAY OF MARCH -,1990.
