AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AMENDING APACHE JUNCTION CITY CODE,
CHAPTER 3,ADMINISTRATOR,ARTICLE 3-10 (B)PERSONNEL SYSTEM,
BY REVISING,AMENDING AND READOPTING THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION
POLICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES;BY REFERENCE;REPEALING ANY
CONFLICTING PROVISIONS AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
That certain document entitled City of Apache Juncti96 Police Policies and
Procedures,three copies of which are on file with/the office of the City
Clerk,of the City of Apache Junction,Arizona and/which document has been
made a public record by the adoption of Resolution/No.91-31,of the City of
Apacshe Junction,is hereby referred to,adopted and made a part hereof as i f
fully set out in this Ordinance.
SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in cphflict with the provisions of this
ordinance or any part of the Code adgfited herein by reference are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY-7
I f any section,subsection,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
Ordinance or any part of the Ode adopted herein by reference is,for any
reason,held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of
competent jurisdiction,such Ocision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions thereof.//
