ARIZONA,AMENDING THE APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA ZONING ORDINANCE,BY A NDING THE
ZONING DISTRICT MAP,CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,ARIZONA,CHANGIN THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION IN REZONING CASE PZ-4-97 FROM CR-5 MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENCES) TO CR-3/PD (CONVENTIONAL SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES BY PLANN DEVELOPMENT);
REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS;AND PROVIDING FOR SEVER ILITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ARIZONA,THAT:
SECTION I IN GENERAL
F APACHE JUNCTION,
The zoning district classification on the Zoning D*ftrict Map,City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,for the parcel of land describ0 as:
The Southwest quarter of Section 20,Towns
East of the Gila and Salt River Base and

SECTION I I REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISONS
All ordinances and parts of iirdinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance,or any part of/the code adopted herein by reference,are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY
If any section,su section,sentence,phrase,clause or portion of this
ordinance,or any pa /t of the code adopted herein by reference,is for any reason
held to be invali d ,ór unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent
jurisdiction,suç decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions thereof/
