A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Common Council of the
City of Apache Junction, Pinal County, Arizona,
Declaring as a public record that certain document
filed with the City Clerk and entitled "The Code
of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona -Magistrate"
and declaring an emergency.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Common Council
of the City of Apache Junction:
THAT certain document entitled "The Code of the City
-of Apache Junction, Arizona -Magistrate", three
copies of which are on file in the office of
the City Clerk, .is hereby declared to be a public
record, and said copies are ordered to remain on
file with the City Clerk.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the preservation of the
peace, health and safety of the City of Apache
Junction, Arizona, an emergency is declared to
exist, .and this resolution shall be effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of Apache Junction, Arizona, this 7.7..Z
day of .., 1979.
APPROVED this .7 -day of ,1979
by the affirmative vote of three -fourths of the
members of the Common Council of the City of
Apache 3-Inaction, Arizona.
