A RESOLUTION' OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT FOR THE LEASE OF CERTAIN PREMISES.
WHEREAS the City of Apache Junction is authorized
by statute to enter into a lease agreement for premises to
be used by the City;
WHEREAS the City is desireous of leasing certain
premises owned by Pinal County and County is desireous of
leasing such premises to City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of
Apache Junction, Arizona be and she is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with
Pinal County for lease of certain premises located at 150
North Ocotillo, Apache Junction, Arizona 85220;.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Apache Junction be and she is hereby authorized and directed
to execute any documents which may be necessary to implement
the said Agreement for the lease of said premises;
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and the City,
Council of the city of Apache Junction, Arizona this
day of 04014.,1979.
