A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF APACHE JUNCTION,
PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL
AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES.
WHEREAS the City of Apache Junction is authorized
by statute to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement for
Animal Control. Services;
WHEREAS the City is desirous of entering into an
agreement whereby the County would provide Animal Control
Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of
Apache Junction, Arizona be and she is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with
Pinal County for Animal Control Services;
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Apache Junction be and she is hereby authorized and directed
to execute any documents which may be necessary to implement
the said Agreement;
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and the City
Council of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona this 13th
day of June ,1979.
