A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD THAT
CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED
"APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA, CITY ZONING ORDINANCE", AND.
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF -APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA:-
THAT certain document entitled "APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA,
CITY ZONING ORDINANCE", three copies of which are, on file in
the office of the City Clerk, is hereby'declared to be a
public record, and said copies are ordered to remain On file
with the City Clerk.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the preservation of the'peace,
health and safety of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona;
an emergency is declared to exist, and this resolution shall
be effective at 12:01 a.m., July 1, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY .THE Mayor and Common Council of the
City of Apache Junction, Arizona this 27th day of June,
1979.
APPROVED this 27th day Of June, 1979,.by the affirmative
vote of three fourths of the members of.the Common Council
of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona..
