A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA, ADOPTING THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND ENTITLED
"PERSONNEL POLICIES OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION
ARIZONA:
THAT certain document entitled "Personnel Policies of the City of Apache Junc-
tion".. Three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, is
hereby declared to be adpoted by the Common Council of Apache Junction, and
said copies are ordered to remain on file with the City Clerk.
WHEREAS,At is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health, and safety
of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona, an emergency is declared to exist, and
this resolution shall be effective at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Mayor and Common Council of the City of Apache Junc-
tion, Arizona this 27th day of June, 1979.
APPROVED THIS 27th day of June, 1979, by the affirmative vote of three fourths
of the members of the Common Council of the City of Apache Junction, Arizona.
