A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY TO ENTER INTO'AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN INSURANCE CONSULTANT.
WHEREAS the City of Apache Junction requires the services of
an insurance consultant for the period from July 1, 1979
through June 30, 1980;
WHEREAS the City has currently retained the services of the
Fred S. James Co.to provide insurance.consulting services
to the City until July 1, 1979;
WHEREAS the Fred S. James. Co. has offered to continue such
services for an additional year, through June 30, 1980, for
additional considera tion of $500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that,the Mayor of ALSache
Junction, Arizona be and She is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into an Agreement for the employment of
the Fred S. James Co. for insurance consulting services from
July 1, 1979 through June 30, 1980;.
FURTHER RESOLVED" that the Mayor of the City of Apache Junction
be and she is hereby authorized and directed to execute any
documents which may be necessary to implement the said
Agreement;
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Apache Junction, Arizona this 27th day of June, 1979,
